• S are 3.1 inches in diameter, and work best for those who wear AA-A cups.
• M are 3.9 inches in diameter, and work best for those who wear B-DD.

Size note for our DD ladies: several of our DD customers are on the border of circles M & circles L: M will fit you more like a nipple cover, but L will give more coverage.

Rinse both sides with warm water. Air-dry in a cool place out of direct sunlight.

Once completely dry, place your sticky Niply back on their branded protective sheets for safe storage. Do not store sticky Niply directly on the hard plastic form, as it will strip the adhesive.
Sticky Niply can be worn while swimming and exercising, but excessive moisture could weaken the effectiveness of our adhesive glaze. If worn while swimming or exercising, immediately rinse with warm water and air-dry both sides of your sticky Niply before continued use.

Recommended Use: Wear for 6–8 hours per use. Designed for at least 10x wears. (Actual wear time and reuse may vary based on individual usage and care)
